Property layouts for the financier's secluded Caribbean island featured within the released materials.
Additionally included in this new image drop seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had created development schemes to develop the 161-acre island by building living quarters, an performance venue, an underwater office and a pool.
Marked on the blueprint is a channel, a strait in the territory, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is covered in red pen markings and contains a notes section detailing various parts of the land.
Accompanying the main plan are what appear to be nine other property layouts and engineering blueprints, including designs for marina coverings.
More documentation made public as part of the ongoing investigative release.
